Why we have chat rooms
Chat rooms are meant for online discussions between players and also give the opportunity to get support from the casino quickly.
Chat channels
Chat has two channels. The first channel is dedicated to exchanges with the casino’s support team. The second channel is a general one for messages between players. Neither the casino’s support team nor administration takes part in discussions on the second channel.
Launching a chat room
When launching a chat session from the player’s menu that appears after signing in, the full version of chat opens. You can select any channel and post on different channels at once.
If you launch chat from the game window, the general channel of chat opens. In order to open a chat window with the casino’s support from the game window, you have to press the Support button.
Please note that only logged in players have access to the chat rooms.
Navigation in the full version of chat
To open one channel or the other, press the
button on the menu on the left. To close the window, press the
button.
To select the open channel press on the channel’s name. When chatting on different channels, if new messages appear in the inactive channel, that channel will turn red.
In order to ignore messages from a specific player, press the
next to that player’s name.
In chats you may not:
- post offensive messages;
- post messages that you know to be untrue;
- insult other members in the chat room;
- post messages that advertise anything.
Getting barred from the chat room
If a player does not follow the chat room’s rules, the moderator has the right to bar him from the chat room.
